100th episode launched!
Closing out Season 2 in 2021, the Mamas in Training Podcast just released its 100th Episode! After interviewing over 100 seasoned mamas, I gathered the Top 3 Most Important Things to Know as a Mama in Training.
Television mini-series

Meditation Series
Jessica is releasing a small series of episodes over the next few weeks focusing on meditation, spirituality and wellness. Her intention is to provide mamas a moment of stillness among the current world challenges.
This first episode is with mama, Jen Prokhorov. She is a mama of four and has developed a meditation app just for mothers, called StillPoint. We discuss how she and her family are coping at this time and then she brings us through a meditation that can be found at minute: 23:45.
Choreographer- mamma mia
Jessica choreographed her first full-length musical, Mamma Mia, which was presented by Oliver Ames High School in Easton, MA. She posted a video of her students singing on Instagram, as they couldn’t perform their show due to the quarantine, where it got 126,000 views and was reposted by Jennifer Garner and Laura Benanti!
